Acceptance of terms
By downloading, accessing, or using 24QW (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Description of service
24QW is a mobile application that lets you collect widgets for your Home Screen through blindbox mechanics. You can browse, open, collect, and (in future updates) trade digital widgets.
Account requirements
You must be at least 13 years old to use 24QW. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
Purchases and blindboxes
Virtual goods. Widgets are virtual digital goods. You purchase the right to use them within 24QW. You do not own the underlying intellectual property.
Blindbox mechanics. When you purchase a blindbox, the specific widget you receive is randomly determined. We disclose the rarity tiers and drop rates for each blindbox series. You accept that the outcome is random and you may receive any widget within the stated probability distribution.
No refunds. All purchases of virtual goods (including blindboxes) are final. We do not offer refunds for blindbox outcomes, including when you receive a widget you already own or one you did not want.
Apple / Google terms. In-app purchases are subject to the terms of the App Store or Google Play Store, as applicable.
Intellectual property
All content in 24QW — including widget designs, artwork, graphics, interfaces, and text — is owned by 24QW or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.
User conduct
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App
- Exploit bugs or glitches to gain unfair advantages
- Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App
- Attempt to manipulate blindbox outcomes or drop rates
- Sell or transfer your account or widgets outside of in-app features
- Harass other users or engage in fraudulent trading activity
Trading (when available)
When we enable widget trading, all trades are final once confirmed. We are not responsible for the decisions you make in trades. We may intervene in cases of fraud or exploitation.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you may lose access to your widget collection with no refund.
Disclaimer of warranties
24QW is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific outcomes from blindboxes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, 24QW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
