You pick your phone case. You pick your wallpaper. But your Home Screen, the thing you actually stare at more than anything you own, still looks like everyone else’s.

We’re building 24QW to change that.

Widgets as collectibles

24QW is a collection of widgets designed to the level of objects you actually want to own. Not utility tools. Not weather apps with rounded corners. Tiny pieces of visual art that live on your screen, meant to be shown off and talked about.

You get them through blindboxes. Tap, open, see what you pulled. Same rush as a rare card or unboxing a figure, except this one goes straight onto your Home Screen.

Why blindboxes

Blindboxes combine the hit of discovery with the urge to personalize your space. We’re not competing with other apps. We’re playing in the field of collectible objects: figures, cards, pins, whatever you already hoard. It doesn’t matter that you already have a few favorite QW widgets. You want more because they exist and they look good.

Your screen says something

The Home Screen is personal in the same way your clothes are. How you dress, how you decorate your room. It’s part of you. And right now, it’s underserved.

Over time, we’ll build out everything around QW widgets: wallpapers, icons, phone cases. Everything that turns a phone into something that actually feels like yours. Not just for design geeks. For anyone who cares how their stuff looks.

Trading is coming

We’re going to let you trade widgets with other people. Same way you swapped stickers as a kid. The conversations around trading, the hunt for a rare piece, that becomes its own reason to collect. Including the thought: “This might be worth something one day.”

Where this goes

We’re starting with widgets. But the vision is bigger: make every pixel of your screen feel like it belongs to you.
